The Problem

Most existing job boards lack modern, user-friendly interfaces and robust features that cater separately to the needs of employers and job seekers. Many platforms are either outdated, overly complex, or fail to deliver a seamless experience for managing job postings, applications, and candidate tracking.

The Solution

To address this, I designed and developed a full-stack job board from the ground up using Next.js 14, Supabase, and Tailwind CSS. The platform includes dedicated dashboards for employers to track applicants and for job seekers to manage their applications. From designing the interface in Figma to deploying on Vercel, I delivered a performant, responsive, and user-centric application that simplifies the entire hiring workflow.
